Clare is the CFO for MaxPasley Enterprises Ltd., the largest McDonald’s franchisee in Canada.  He has an extensive background in sport, having held senior management positions with the Alberta Racing Corporation and the Calgary Flames Limited Partnership.

A former  governor with SAIT Polytechnic, Clare also serves as the president and board member of Flames Project 75 Hockey Association.
